Upgrade from 4.0 on old computer to 5.0 on new computer

Howdy,
Picked up a laptop and would like to use EarMaster on it. I've got 4.0 on the desktop.

Is this going to be as straightforward as it seems?

Hi flockofdoug, it all depends on the laptop. If it’s an old one, it’s likely that you’re going to have issues. But your main concern should be the sound quality, as laptops usually don’t come with too good sound cards (they’re mostly integrated, which may possibly result in poor sound quality). Otherwise, I see no reason you should encounter other problems.
