Ear Master 6 Professional activation Problems

Hello,
i tried to install my Ear master 6 on a new Computer (Windows 10) by using the CD.
I can start the programm but when i want to acitvate it with my CD-Code, an error "acces violation in adress" appear and i have to
close the Programm by using the task manger.
I would be pretty thankful for every help u can over me with this problem.

Hi,

Please use the "Serial number recovery" tool of our support section in orer to receive an email with a link to download the last update of EarMaster 6. The one on your CD is most likely an older build, so it would be best to install one with the final version of EarMaster 6 and all updates and fixes.
