Problem with wrong pitch being recognized

Sooo... I bought EarMaster 7 a while ago already, but somehow the program tends to "hear" wrong notes in sight-singing and other singing-related exercises... I use Windows 11, so maybe it is the windows update as on another computer using Win 10 I did not really have that problem...
I use a Rode NT-A1 studio microphone and an Swissonic UA2x2 audio interface, so I doubt it is a hardware problem...
I tried resetting the app a few times, played around with my audio settings but couldn't really fix it!
For example I sing an F4 or smth and the pitch detection jumps up to D5 or C6 or smth like that... this sadly makes it impossible for me to use EarMaster properly... I mean, I do ear-training besides the programm obv, but I think it would have been helpful to test myself using it and I bought all the courses so that is a lot of money and I do not want to give up on using it



For example here... I sang a note in lower 4th/upper 3rd octave and it said C6... how can I fix this?

Could you please try to sing a different vowel to see if the note is detected correctly?

If no vowel is recognized correctly, could you start a sight-singing exercise, answer a question to an exercise, and then click on "Hear your answer" in order to listen to the audio that EarMaster recorded. Is it distorted or playing at a different pitch than what you sang?

So I did the steps as suggested... and I tried it on different vowels... interestingly the most stable one seems to be the "i" vowel, when I sing on an open vowel such as "A" or "O", the sound plays correctly (not distorted or anything) but the pitch detection line jumps up and down or even starts on a very different pitch than I sang (probably an overtone)...

It would be very useful if we could obtain a few recordings of the vowels that are not recognized correctly so that we may do some testing with th e algorithm and optimize it. It would be wonderful, if you have time of course, if you could send a few audio recording of sung notes that are not recognized correctly by EarMaster to feedback@earmaster.com

I recorded an exercise consisting of 5 C4-G4 five note scales and screenshotted EarMaster's response to my singing on all 5 vowels... Hope that will be of help

Sooo I tested around a bit more and I think it is that EarMaster somehow detects overtones instead of my fundamental... idk how to fix that, tho... :\
