lost serial #

I purchased EarMaster 5 a long time ago. My old computer crashed, I now have a new computer. I found the box and cd of the software but can not locate the serial #. I'm hoping I registered at time of purchase. How do I find out if I registered the software? Or, is there anything else I can do?

Just write to our support service (you'll find the address under Support on the website), and state the email address you used at the time of your purchase, as well as your full name.
If you're registered, you'll be able to recover your serial shortly .
