Interval training
I'm having problems with perfect 4th and 5th (about lesson 20-21) when they do not share a common tone. I'm creating custom exercise to help me focus on this.
I was wondering if there was a way to setup an exercise so it plays 2 Perfect 4th and 1 perfect 5 and i have to choose the interval that is different.
When i setup with just 4ths and 5th, it's hard for me to tell the difference. But if i have 2 of the same and 1 different, it might help be figure out what makes them different. I'm having more issues with them in harmony but this can be applied to both.

I don't think it's possible. I'd suggest creating something of a foundation by first listening to the intervals on your instrument. When I'm trying to learn a new interval, I first take my guitar, play the same interval over and over, sing it a couple of times, move up a bit on the neck, repeat, etc, until I can say, very generally at least, what that interval sounds like. Then I move on to earmaster.
