activation problem
the computer im using with earmasterpro5 was infected with virus so i bought a new one and downloaded earmaster but when i activate it a pop up message appear saying" this is not a valid earmaster serial number". what will i do?

The serial number displayed in EarMaster is not complete. The last series of digits is replaced by a number of X. You full serial number is located in your dvd box (international version) or on the manual (US & Canadian version), or in the purchase confirmation e-mail you received from us if you bought your program from our webshop.
If you can't find your serial number, please refer to the FAQ page on the EarMaster website.
