If I change the original settings - can I easily go back ?

If I change the original 'Customized exercise settings - will I be able to easily go back to some original setting standards? Before I start changing things on those exercises - can I easily revert back to a safe beginning, within the Customized lessons? (Just in case I screw it beyond belief).

You can simply make a backup of the standard settings from the FILE menu @ "SAVE Customized Exericse" before you make changes.
