This serial is not complete. It is the version displayed in EarMaster and some of it is removed for privacy reasons. Your complete serial number can be found in your purchase confirmation e-mail. If you can't find that e-mail, please write to our support address and they will try to look you up in our database of registered users.
You can download EarMaster again from the Download pages of the EarMaster website. The trial version is unlocked with your serial number.
