Hi,
We are receiving e-mails once in a while from US customers having difficulties to activate their EarMaster program.
In most cases, if there is a O in your serial number, try to replace it with a Q instead.
The printing of the serial number label in the US version of EarMaster seems to be confusing when Q is included in the code.

I don't have any O's in my serial number, but still not recognized. I have 3 zeroes, if that helps. Any other ideas?

Have you tried to copy/paste it instead of typing it?
