Serial number doesnt work

Hi,

I use earmaster 5.0 pro on my desktop and laptop. That worked perfectly. Recently I reinstalled windows on my laptop, downloaded the trial version of earmaster 5.0 and entered the serial number. Nothing happend. Earmaster stays in evaluation mode, and it doesnt give an error message, also does not say the serial is invalid or something.

What can be wrong?

Hi,

The serial number displayed in the program is not complete for privacy reasons.

Your complete serial number is either in your purchase confirmation e-mail (online purchase from our webshop), in the DVD case of your program (DVD edition), or on the manual of the program (US cardboard version).

If you can't find either of them, you can still recover your full serial number, provided that you registered your license at our website or you bought it online from our webshop. You can get back your serial number by e-mail from this page: www.earmaster.com/register/recover-serial.htm

I had entered the correct serial number. I restarted earmaster and suddenly I am registered now. So now it works.
