EarMaster School can't find shared folder on server

I installed EarMaster School in our school lab (Mac computers). Students login with network account. And I have created their login name in EarMaster user list. And I set the shared folder to server /Volumns/Shared/EarMaster/5.0.

But when a student login and tries to start EarMaster, it prompts that EarMaster could not find shared data folder and asks user to select. However if the user navigates to shared folder first, EarMaster starts smoothly and finds the shared data correctly.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? It seems like EarMaster knows where shared folder is, but it can't connect to it. But as user login using network account already, he has access to the shared folder.

Could you try to add a \ after 5.0 and see if that solves the problem?
