I've downloaded the EarMaster6 Pro trial to evaluate the software before I make the purchase, and so far things aren't good.
I am on Mac OS 10.8.2 and am unable to use the EarMaster6 software. I continually receive the "Custom Exception - Range Check Error" during the initial configure screen until a crash occurs. Upon restarting EarMaster, I am able to select a lesson, but once I click "Play Question", I again receive this message and am unable do any further. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no success in getting past this error.
I have checked for updates (I have most current version of EM6) and I have searched the Support Forum and have been unable to find and solutions to this error. I am concerned because 1, this software doesn't seem to operate on my Mac, and 2, my seven day trail time wil expire before I get a chance to even try the software.
Please advise as to how to resolve this error.
Many thanks!

Hi both of you,
EarMaster Pro 6 has been tested on 10.8 and it works great here, so there must be a specific thing that disrupts the installation.
Could you please copy your message and send ti to support@earmaster.com
That way it will be received directly by the developers and they will be able to assist you quickly.
Cheers,
Quentin
