License activation probem
Hello,
I purchased EarMaster Pro 6 days ago and I cannot activate it!!
After typing the license number, I receive the following warning: "Invalid query."
Software is correctly working in the evaluation mode, however from tomorrow I won't be able to use it!!!
I wrote a mail a couple of days ago to the support center, still no reply.
Any clues?
(OS is Windows XP)

We're catching up on the emails from the holidays, so you will receive your answer shortly.
First thing to do if there are problems with activation is to download the latest update. To do that, please follow these simple steps:
1. Start EarMaster, and go to the HELP menu (Windows) or EarMaster Pro menu (Mac OSX)
2. Click on Check for Updates. This will take you to the EarMaster where you will be able to download the latest build of the program.
3. Install the update, and activate the program again.
