Computer hard drive dead along with all data

My computer hard drive unexpectedly permanently failed which prevented me from uninstalling software prior to getting a new computer. Now I need to re-install Earmaster 5. How do I do this? Last Friday I sent an email with all my registration/serial # info to the Earmaster support email, but I have not received a reply. What should I do next?
