Unable to Install Earmaster Pro 5

Hi there,
I bought Ear Master 5 Pro in summer 2011 on CD with a Key Code printed on it.
Now my hard disk crashed and I reinstalled my XP-Computer from OS.
Of course, Earmaster was lost, so I tried to install it from the CD.
But I only could see the three installation files ( 5Pro, 5Essential, 5School).
When I tried to run any of them I got the error message
"Diese Datei ist beschädigt, bitte laden Sie das Installtionsprogramm noch einmal von earmaster.com" / File is damaged, please load installation program again from earmaster.com.
What can I do now? I still have the key code from the CD I bought, but I don't know, if have have registered, when I bought the software.
