Delete User Name

I have two students that have left my program and am having trouble deleting them from the class list. Please advise?

In EarMaster School 5 deleting a user from a class goes like this:


- Click on "tools" in the main menu, and then on "User Maintenance..."
This gets you to the "User Maintenance" screen, with the user table shown.
(Not to be confused with the "User Overview" screen)

- right click on the user you like to remove and select "properties".
This opens the users properties window

- select the "options" tab
this opens the "options" tab, with a "class" drop down menu.

- select "(None)" in this drop down menu and press "ok"
Now the user is removed from the class.

To remove the user completely from EarMaster do the following:

- Click on "tools" in the main menu, and then on "User Maintenance..."
This gets you to the "User Maintenance" screen, with the user table shown.
(Not to be confused with the "User Overview" screen)


- click on the user you like to remove
this moves the arrow to the row of that user

- click on the delete icon
this is the icon in the toolbar that is most to the right (the one with the red cross)
this will open a window that asks you if you really want to do this

- press "ok"
this will open another window that tells you that this cannot be undone

- press "Yes"
the user is removed
