I have a student that emailed me this question:
I was trying to send you the files for Ear Master but, when I tried to export the files to my desktop (to attach to my e-mail) it said, "zip error" and "Error compressing files."
Can you please advise me on how to respond to him?

It can be that the zip mechanism has been damaged.
In that case the problem will most likely be solved if he checks for a new update. This will install EarMaster again. (It is not necessary to uninstall EarMaster in this case.)
When he is exporting the files to disk, he is recommended to choose a simple file name, like for example his name. (No strange ascii characters, or spaces.)
