Earmaster Essential can't be launched ("custom exceptio

Hi!
I just bought Earmaster Essential on the App Store, but I can't use it!
Every time I try to launch it, a strange window appears, with nothing written on it except "yes" and "no".

When I click on "yes", it opens the update page on the site (http://www.earmaster.com/fr/download/up ... ected=true) when I click on "no" it doesn't.

After that, an other message appears : "Custom exception : unable to create carbon widget for Toolb_SpinEditSpeed:TSpindEdit!"

And boom, it quits. What can I do?

That is an unusual welcome screen.
The text says: "Don't show this message again".

What happens when you tick the checkbox and then press "non"?

I would assume that this message does not pop up again, and that you won't be directed to the download page.

Well, when I tick it, no matter which button I press, the second pop-up opens.
Then Earmaster crashes, and if I open it again, the same window appears!
