Access Violation

Post by fillot »

Hello,

I get Access Violation messages when using melodic dictation:

Access Violation at 0x64B4DB in module Ear60.exe, read of address 0x19.

The message appears 2 two times when replaying the notes of the question.

The build release is 625PW.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

This was a bug in 625PW, it was fixed promptly so if you update to the newest build, the bug will be gone :-)

To update EarMaster, go to the HELP menu (Windows) or the EarMaster Pro menu (Mac) and choose "Check for Updates...". you will be taken to a webpage where info on the available update is displayed together with a download link.

Best,
Quentin

Hi, I've already checked the updates ... according your instructions... but the problem was not solved

Appears the message: There is no update available. You have the latest version of EarMaster 6.1 installed.

I am using the evaluating 7 days vertion.

How can I fix it?

thanks

Hi,

Are you on Mac or Windows? and which OS?

First off, you should try to restart your computer (especially if you are on Mac OSX) if that doesn't work, then try re-install it and see if that helps.

Let me know how it works out.
