Website Bug Tracker!

Post by Rasmus »

Hello!

As you might have noticed we have a new website! While everything should be running and working correctly, it's almost impossible to test every possible scenario a website can be met with, so!

We ask of you, users, that if you run into any errors / things not working correctly that you please post them here!

!! - IMPORTANT - !!
This topic is intended to track the bugs only. ;-)

Best regards.

After being noticed about a issue with the forum and replying / posting here, I would like people who have similar issue to contact us through the contact page,

Select the "EarMaster Webmaster" in what department to contact.

Best regards.

I had sent you an email saying the layout is fixed, but I'm actually wrong. I can view everything properly with Google Chrome, as evident from me posting this. But, with Firefox and Internet Explorer I get this: Image

I'm afraid people won't be able to see your second post unless they view your post history like I did.

There seem to be a problem when you want to change your password on the forums.

This issue is currently being worked on, though until we find a solution for this, you can write to us and request your password to be reset to a new one,

We will then send the password to the e-mail the account is registered with.

To contact us at:
http://www.earmaster.com/company/contact.html

And select "Webmaster" from the dropdown list.

Please include your username and the e-mail you used to register with.
