No sound, when ich push a Keyboardkey with my mouse, but in other lessons the sound works.
It's since 2 weeks and i tried some try and error-stuff in options, but it still doesnt work.

its only in this lesson:

Don't worry, it's perfectly normal. In the "Interval Comparison" activity, all you have to do is listen and compare interval A and interval B. The only way to answer the questions is to click on A or B. The staff, piano and guitar displays are only there to show you the intervals after your answer has been evaluated. They are only visual guides, as opposed to the other activities where you can use them to give your answer.

thx, but your are wrong, because i played many times with the keyboard in this lesson.
There is an Option, wehre you can do, that you can hear tones, if you push with the mousecursor on the keyboard.
But now i hear nothing, no matter what option ...
Whats wrong?

I am not sure what that could be, the sound has never been activated for the piano ever since version 4. Do you remember if ti stopped playing sounds after an update?

Maybe, but a played many times in this lesson on keyboard, i always played the intervalls on piano to check, what intervall it is and now its hard, and in every other lesson the same keyboard give sounds.
Other question, i have the earmaster-bundle with the midikeyboard, but what options i need, to make it work?

Hi,
The MIDI Keyboard bundle is sold by some of our distributors independently of EarMaster, so I don't know which model you got with the software.
However, there should be instructions on how to install the keyboard drivers on your computer in the box of the product. Once the drivers are installed, plug in your MIDI keyboard, start EarMaster, go to TOOLS-->MIDI Devices and select your MIDI keyboard as MIDI IN device.
When you want to use your MIDI keyboaard in an exercise, simply activate MIDI input by clicking on the MIDI IN icon at the top right of the exercise window.

You probably need to install drivers for the MIDI keyboard to work. Also, the MIDI keyboard must be plugged in before you start EarMaster.
If none of this work, please let me know what model and brand the MIDI keyboard is, and I'l try to investigate why it doen't show up in the list of MIDI In devices.
