Hello, I have had a problem with my laptop so I have had to reinstall the whole operating system and software. I have reinstalled Earmaster 6 from the brand new authentic cd rom I purchased a few months ago, but when I come to activate it by entering the serial number, your system responds I HAVE EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ACTIVATIONS. I have registered my copy of Earmaster 6 with you when I purchased it, so you have all my details.
At the moment I am stuck with a 7 day evaluation version.
Please advise
