Lost serial number / key code

Howdy
I purchased a copy of earmaster but lost the key code. How do I load it?

My hard drive crashed and I finally had to buy a new computer. I am reloading all of my programs. I had EarMaster 4, which I got as a download. I had it saved on a CD for such emergencies, but I have lost the serial number. I would suspect that it was saved on an email that I also lost during the hard drive crash. I really do not need the upgrade just yet, but would like to use the old program on my new computer. What can I do to get the serial number?

I tried downloading Earmaster 4.0 to the laptop and then registering. I tried to use the serial number on the opening screen of my existing version, but it didn't work.

The serial number shown in the opening screen and in the "About EM" window is not complete to ensure that it won't be used by parties other than the owner of the license.

It is therefore important to keep track of your serial number either by printing your invoice or writing it down when you buy a download version, or by not throwing the box away when you buy a box version.

If you did lose your serial number but are a registered user, you can easily retrieve it by contacting us and mentioning your name and e-mail address.

Notice that:

All the licenses ordered online from our webshop are automatically registered

If you buy EarMaster from a retailer, you'll have to register to us to be able to obtain your serial number again at a later point. This can be done online (see the "Support" page), or by sending the registration card to us by mail.
