Course assignment problem

Post by tchilds »

Using EM Cloud in a school setting.

The last update seemed to fix a problem with course assignments; I can go into the course editor and change class assignments now. However, on the home page "Training Mode" box, the classes are still attached to their previous courses.

Example: I have a class called Theory C. When I open the Class Administration it shows the course assignment as Theory C. However, in the Training Mode box on the home page it says Theory C: "Theory B". This was the previous course assignment and the lessons from Theory B show up in the lesson box.

Hi,

If there is more courses the students should see the letter icon. If they click on that, they are able to go on to the next course.

See the screenshot.
Does is look like that?

No, I'm not getting the pop-up screen. You can see in my screen shot the mismatched courses. Each of the classes should have a matching course. Theory D-Childs2 is assigned to Theory D course in Class Assignments but showing Theory C. Clicking on the Lessons takes you to the old course.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi,

Are you sure that you are clicking on the letter icon next to the specific class? that is what you have to click in order to get the pop-up box and proceed to the next lessons.

See the screenshot below:
