When you hit a wrong answer in the chord progression lessons it will appear very messy on the staff. The right answer will show up correctly but the wrong one will have too many sharps or naturals or flats or all of them ). For example if it's in F minor it will show up like E sharp minor with all the naturals and then sharps etc...
