Hi,
Not sure if it's just me but I'm often disturbed by the fact that the music notation showed when I have answered a question doesn't show the notes in the order they have been played.
For a descending interval, the notes are displayed as if it was an ascending interval.
Not a big deal but this bothers me here and then so I decided to report it here
Thanks.
Music Notation not aligned with what is played?

Re: Music Notation not aligned with what is played?
Hi,
Intervals are always written harmonically (as chords) in EarMaster. However with second intervals, the tones are so close to each other vertically that one of them has to be set off slightly to the right. It does look a bit like an ascending interval, but it isn't. That way of offsetting a tone with seconds has become a sort of convention in notation software, and EarMaster uses it too.
Cheers,
Quentin

Thanks Quentin, I'm not (yet) used to read intervals only as chords !
