cannot install program

Whenever I try to install the program, after a fees minutes it tells me there is an error and to contact the manufacture

It starts to install the program, tells me how many minutes remaining, and then says ear master encountered an error while trying to install contact the software manufacturer,

I am using a Macbook pro that is under a year old by the way
