cloud problem; gettutor - weinvalidData

Hello EarMaster!

I used EarMaster Pro Cloud Edition in my class today, and:

1. my students logged on, and selected the course file that I had uploaded to the cloud. however, it seems like the information did not refresh (for 3 out of the 4 students), where the new melodies I added to the melodic dictation section of my course does not appear.

2. I tried to go into the course editor to edit the course, and I got this error message: "The file could not be downloaded from EarMaster Cloud. Error Code: gettutor - weInvalidData.

Hello,

On the computers where you get the error, which buidl number does EarMaster have? To find out, go to the Help menu of EarMaster and choose "About EarMaster". You will then see a window displaying a build#.
