I am having trouble with the singing exercises on EarMaster 6. In the sight-singing, I am singing the correct pitches, but the computer would consider it a wrong answer. I would play the correct answer to correct myself and I was singing the same pitches. The melody imitation is even worst. There was one time I spent 28 straight attempts on one simple question: a Do, Re, Mi Melody. The computer would consider it a wrong answer. It's just very frustrating. The interval singing, I had trouble with the computer absorbing unnecessary pitches that I didn't sing. I was able to solve it using an eraser in the interface.
I am not sure, whether the problem is I'm a horrible singer or the problem is the microphone and something just needs to be adjusted. I am not tone deaf. I know I am singing the correct pitches. The computer somehow considers it wrong.
Is there a way to adjust the microphone?

Re: Microphone Problem
Hi Jason
First of all, try the suggestions i wrote in your other post.
We can't seem to recreate the problem here. If the issue persists, can you perhaps make a short video of it, and send it to saleandsupport@earmaster.com ? It can just be filmed with your mobilephone if you have a phone with a video function.
