login earmaster

I haven't used ear master for a long time ( let say 1 year)
my license number is [removed by admin]
I've tried just now to login ear master in a local mode
but no way to get in, the system says to me that there is no connection with web ...
my pc is Mac Book Pro
anybody can help me?

I believe you have written to our support mail as well, and that we are currently working this out there? Is that correct, or is this another support request?
