I just installed EM5 ... am I supposed to get a two week trial period?
I don't. The first time i started it, it told me my trial period was over.

clues???

If you use Windows XP and you have an account with limited privileges, EarMaster would fail to check the time left for the trial period.

I'm not from the Earmaster support staff, but that happened to me.

Gary, I once used free trial installation, and when the trial period expired and I got a new update, but this new version wouldn’t work as well, because the trial has expired and EarMaster stores information about this in the Windows registry. If this is the case with you, you will have to register, if not, try downloading a new version…
