I just purchased EarMaster 5 and tried to load it. Error message says "not a valid serial number". What do I do? Do I need a new cd?
Hello,
Make a "Copy/Paste" of the number instead of entering it manually (if you got it by e-mail). The casing has to be precisely identical to the one displayed in your purchase confirmation.
If you bought it in a box, make sure you are respecting the casing and the punctuation of the serial number. Notice that some digits like the number "5" and the letter "S" might be mistaken for one another.
