shutting down

Post by elightning »

Hello. About 2 days ago earmaster pro would say range error or something like that before any training began and no matter which category I chose to work from. I figured maybe I needed to update it or something. So I downloaded the update tonight and now when I open earmaster and click any area of training it goes there and the program closes automatically within 3 seconds. Can someone help me out please?

Hi,
We can't help you without this basic info on your system:

* What OS are you using EarMaster on: Windows? Mac (Intel? PPC?)?
* What version of the OS are you running (XP, Vista, 7, 10.4.11, 10.5.8, 10.6.x)?
* What soundcard are you using? (internal soundcard? external USB soundcard, and if so, which?)

Thanks.
Best regards,
Quentin

I have a mac os x 10.5.8 , I assume I'm using an internal soundcard because the program was downloaded on my macbook. If there's anything else you need let me know.

Can you please try to reboot your macbook and tell us if the crashes are still happening?
Thanks in advance :-)
