Interval training not sufficient!

Post by semme01 »

is there a way to turn of the cadenza the program is playing before every new interval? this totally disturbes me. i now know all the intervalls, but just where they fit in their tonic scale. the entrance exam at german academies of music NEVER play the related cadenza to the interval. when random intervals are played without the foregone cadenza, they sound entirely differently -> must be practiced separately.

can someone help me turn those cadenzas off?

cheers

There is no cadence in tutor mode if I remember well.
In Customized mode, you can turn it on and off under "options" in the pop up window where you set up your customized exercise. You can simply deselect "Play tonic of key". :-)
