Problems since last update

Post by asioh »

Hi,
Ever since I installed the last update, when I am doing the chord inversion identification exercise, I have an issue. If I get one wrong, and I push either the button to listen to the right answer, or to compare it to the other inversions, my computer freaks out and starts repeating both the chords, together, really fast, like a drum roll.
It's super annoying, and makes it almost unusable-- help!

Hi,

We have just tested the exercise, but nothing wrong is happening here.

Are you on Mac or Windows PC? What version of the OS do you have?

Is it only happening with Chord inversions?

What is the build number of your EarMaster installation? (HELP>ABOUT EARMASTER)

Thx in advance for your answers.

the build is 624pw--I'm using windows xp on a hp compaq. The issue dosen't happen every time-- so I don't know-- maybe it's because my computer has a lousy soundcard or something.

Is your computer a bit buggy/slow? If it is the case, maybe the program locks itself when resources are eaten up by other processes.
