I had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 x64 and cannot activate EarMaster 5 Pro.
Here is what I did:
I installed EarMaster Essential from DVD and successfully entered the license key from the box.
I then installed the EarMaster 5 Pro upgrade that I bought a year ago from Klemm Music. When I was asked for a key I entered the key of the Essential version because I don't remember ever getting a different key for the upgrade but the key wasn't accepted.
Was I supposed to have gotten a separate key from Klemm Music or what am I missing?
