When I download Earmaster, it seems to download fine, but when it tries to install, I get a message that the files are corrupted and to download again. I have tried downloading several times, from both Earmaster.com and download.com, but I always get the same message. I have turned off my firewall and virus scan programs, but that doesn't help.
I have just tested the files and they are working fine from here. Please e-mail support with your windows version (see the e-mail here: about us). Please note that EarMaster 5.0 only supports Windows 98 and later.
