Downloaded Latest Update - Serial Number Nightmare

Hello Ear Master Team,

I purchased earmaster from ITunes on 3/16/2013. I recently downloaded the latest update, and now all my data is lost, and I can't recover my serial number.

I tried the serial number recovery tool three times, but I haven't received any emails with my serial number.

Please contact me ASAP or provide me with a serial number. I have a copy of my receipt with a transaction number.

Hi,

The Mac Appstore version can't be updated via our website. The update can only be done from inside the Mac Appstore.
A message is displayed in the Mac Appstore version of EarMaster inviting users to update manually, but this is a bug which will be corrected in the next update.

To revert back to the Mac Appstore version, please move the EarMaster App to the trash, then do a search on your hard disk (via the FINDER) for any file containing the word "earmaster" and move them to the trash. When this is done, you will be able to re-download the program from the Mac Appstore under "My purchases".
