I can't activate my ear master

Hi,I bought the earmaster from my local store and when i try to activte ''it told my that i have problem with internet connection while i haven't''.Also i try to update and my laptop don't open the update.Thank you.

Hi!

It is probably because the version of EarMaster is too old. If you uninstall the version you have installed now, and download and install the newest installation file from here: http://www.earmaster.com/all-download.html it should work just fine.
