Bug in Jazz Chord Progression exercise, Earmaster7

In the Jazz Chord Progression Exercise, the program sometimes says the chord quality is wrong, even though the display clearly shows that the "Your Answer" is identical to the "Correct Answer".

Hello,

In your screenshot, the second chord has the wrong quality (mi7 instead of 7), hence the 4/5 score you are getting.

Ah, yes, I see now. Since the software highlighted the last chord, my interpretation was that the error was in that chord so I did not check the others.

Thanks.

The yellow area is actually the selection area that indicates which chord is being edited by the user (useful when you go forth and back between chords to modify them). It shouldn't highlight anything after the evaluation, so this is something that we should fix.
