Squares instead of notes in every exercise

Hi, I've bought the EarMaster Pro 7 version yesterday. The day before I have downloaded the free version and it was all ok. But with the payment version I have a big problem: instead of the notes there are only squares. This in every section and in every exercise. What could the problem be? If needed I can send a photo of it. I have Windows7 on my Hp Computer. Thankyou.

Hello,

There might be a problem with Windows' font cache. Could you please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall EarMaster completely
2. Restart Windows (important)
3. Re-install EarMaster
