I bought an annual license. If I switch to a monthly plan, do I get credit for the remaining time on my annual license?

I'm not sure what you are referring to. We don't sell annual subscriptions, only a monthly plan.

Did you maybe buy a stand-alone license of EarMaster Pro 7 on PC/Mac or in-app purchases in the iPad app?
