I just purchased some credits to add to my account. I received an email confirming the purchase.
In the email, it reads, "If you already have an EarMaster Cloud account, then please tell us your School
Account ID so that we may add the credits you just purchased".
Who do I tell? There is no apparent link.

Thanks for ordering Cloud credits. Our shop is not connected to our cloud solution. So if you already have a school account in EarMaster Cloud that needs to be replenished with new credits, we need to know the name of your account in order to add credits to it. To do that, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email.
