How to notate later in measure

Hi Everyone!
I want to be able to notate anywhere I want in the exercise, not just the next note. Is this possible?
Ex) I hear the last notes of the exercise are Re Do. I want to notate those in but I currently don't have the middle section figure out yet. As of now I would have to input a number of wrong answers to get to the last notes, remember which answers answers are wrong, then go back and fix them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to input notes this way right now, but I have added your request to our development feature requests which is reviewed by our team on a regular basis.
