I received an email that my administrative license was revoked. There was no explanation why it was revoked and as far as I know there was no warning. There is nothing that said when (or if) my subscription expired. I looked back to see if there were any emails that would give any indication of this and found nothing, so I am thinking there is a glitch in the system? Has anybody else experienced this? I can't even log on to see my account info.

Are you referring to a school account in EarMaster Cloud? Accounts are deleted after a few months of inactivity after you cancelled a subscription or consumed all your EarMaster Cloud credits and didn't renew. We do that in order to comply with Data Processing Agreements in the countries where we operate.
But we do send several notifications to the administrator of the account prior to the final deletion over the course of 5 months.
