On rhythm exercises, first clap in often recorded late.

Need technical advice? Don't know where to find an option? Here is the right place to ask.

Hi, as the title states. It happens whether I have Earmaster play the clap sound or not. I can't see it being an offset issue as it only happens on the first beat.

It happens around 1 in every 4 exercises, sometimes more.

Many thanks.

Should have said I'm on Mac. MOTU M2 interface. But this happens whether I use the MOTU or the the internal audio.
