My school already has a site license for EarMaster 5 PRO for PC. What do I have to do to get the site license for the MAC version and what will it cost?

Your license number gives you access to both the Windows and the Mac version. So you don't have to pay to install EarMaster on the Mac computers at your school. You can simply download EarMaster School from our download page : http://www.earmaster.com/download/sch.htm and activate it with your license number.
