Windows 7 crashes

Windows 7 crashes
Program crashes after one or two questions in Windows 7 64-bit. Any suggestions?
I am running and using the program intensively everyday all day long at work, and it hasn't crashed on me once for the past 6 months. I am running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. The crashes might be caused by a particular aspect of your setup (sound driver for example).
