Range check error Mac
Hello. I purchased Earmaster 5 a little less than year ago through the Mac App Store. I have never experienced any problems until now. When I try to play any of the exercises it says range check error. I have tried to install an update, but when I look under the help or the Earmaster pro 5 section of the menu it is nowhere to be found. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Thank you
Hi,
Updates for AppStore versions are done through the AppStore application. I can see you have posted about the same problem twice in the forum, so I will delete the other thread, and carry on here.
Range Check errors are not fatal errors, so the program should continue running normally when that message is displayed.
We will try to find out what might be the cause for the message.
