Hello,
From time to time when I start my Ear Master 6, it asks me to activate. I found it a little bit annoying, but I every time I ended up entering my data and it allowed me to use my software. Today I received this message:
"You cannot activate because you have exceeded your maximum number of activations.
If you think this is an error, please visit our support page to contact us for assistance.
Would you like to visit our support page now?"
I ONLY installed Ear Master once and in the SAME computer. Never formatted or anything.
How is that possible?
I can't believe I can't use the software I bought again.

If the number of activations is exceeded, then please contact support so that they may unlock the license again: support@earmaster.com
